We created a powerful Loyalty Club to deeply engage members and drive higher LTV per client. We started by unifying the customer database across all transactions including location, online and email. To help identify and track customers, custom data cleansing and fuzzy matching techniques were utilized. Then we created tailored messaging that was developed at the individual level and included the individual customer journey.
