When a client came to us needing to drive sales and traffic to multiple brands, we answered by building a highly effective, trackable campaign. We did this by appending mailing addresses to loyalty member email addresses in order to target light/medium users and increase their visits/uses over time. We also used data “pre-work” and analysis to build a “look-alike” audience to drive new customer traffic. And finally, we mailed to small businesses that responded in a similar pattern.
